Nordic Ware Naturals 18" x 13" Aluminum Half Sheet, Rectangular Cookie & Baking Sheet Pan

Years ago I worked in a bakery and that's when I learned the difference of cookie sheets and quality baking sheets. The aluminum half sheet is the size of what you would use for cookies in a home kitchen. The pan is a lot heavier, and double the aluminum. Why is this important? Consistency in heat, which makes your baked goods bake evenly and less likely to dry out or burn. It's an investment you will notice and never return to those cheap pans again.

Excellent Baking sheet. Really quality. I made bagels on this sheet the first day I got it and they came out great. Looking forward to doing cookies or more savory items like roasted veggies. Line with parchment paper or use as is depending on your needs. Size wise I was able to fit a half dozen full size bagels.

I have a pair of these for easily 8 years or more. I added 2 new ones but will keep the old ones too as they still work well. Lightweight but not flimsy, last forever and clean easily. I like to use parchment or cooking spray but over time they do get a patina coating which doesn't affect the function. We use these pans often and they are great! Wash with dish soap and hot water or some baking soda. Excellent value for the money and good size. With a little elbow grease my old ones can clean up better but good to see what they still look like after 8 years or more.

Sturdybut light weight sheet pan made by Nordic Ware, a family-owned company in Minnesota, that designs and manufactures most of its products in the USA. It will acquire a patina over time as you use it. I have several Nordic Ware products and am never disappointed.

I was a bit in shock when in my previous nonstick sheet (different item), the potatoes I baked came out with a layer of the nonstick material stuck to the bottom. I am glad I am not going to have that issue with this one. I feel good baking in this sheet. :)

The value for the size is great. I would prefer they not be aluminum, but a quick line with parchment fixes that. If you need large baking sheets, these are the ones to get. Save your health and a lot of cleanup time and line with parchment before using.

These baking sheets are good buy. I suggest purchasing in store. I purchased online and they were heavily scratches when received. I returned them to a store and went to home goods section while there and selected 2 more for replacement. I had to look at several to select two. The scratches probably have no bearing on functionality; but I pay for new, I want to look like new.

i bought three different sizes of these cookie sheets spread out over a couple of weeks. and every single one of them arrived with scratches all over the cooking surface! they need more protection because i have no doubt these scratches came from sitting on the store shelves. this is my only problem with these! otherwise they are perfect! easy to clean (by hand only,) if you put them in a dishwasher they will become dinghy and faded looking. Nordic Ware is a great product worth investing in if you love baking like i do, especially their cake pans!

I was so excited to receive these a day sooner than expected! However, my excitement was short lived after I opened the package. The package included 2 pans however, one of the pans was badly scratched and it was evident that it was most likely a return. The 2 pans did not have any packaging for protection and the one that was scratched didn't even have a manufacturer's label. This is the second time ordering these pans due to a wrong item being sent first. I presume that Walmart is to blame for the poor handling, packaging and scratched pans.

The item arrived damaged. It's all scratched on the side that doesn't have a Nordic Ware thick paper product brand and description. Love Nordic Ware of Minnesota generally and wanted this to arrive as sold for use during 2025 Orthodox Pascha. I didn't make my planned Koulourakia sue to defective item received.
