I use these for cooling racks (fish, chicken, cookies) and to bake so food isn't sitting in grease in the pan. Makes for crispier meat. Great price. Stackable storage. Cleaning with a sponge isn't going to work, but brush does a great job. I keep 4 in the house at all times.

I wanted a metal cool rack that would be able to handle hot grease for setting deep fried foods on right out of the oil. It's easy to clean and I know it says hand wash only, but I put mine in the dishwasher (lower rack) with high heat and haven't had any issues or deformities with the product.

Its what it is. Its a solid and cheap. I think the producer reduced the or8ginal size to keep the price the same.

Love it for my baking goods to cool, for cookies fits about 12-14 and for cakes or loafs will fit about 2-3.

This has been working out well in my semi-professional cottage bakery. i wish it was made of a stronger stainless steel, but im just being particular because I bake every day. But, for the price, its absolutely a great find. keep baking!!!

I purchased this to bake wings in the oven. Worked like a charm, however I noticed it took extra TLC to get it all the way clean (not a ton but more than was anticipated). Overall I say this was a great purchase.
