Nordic Ware Naturals 2 Piece Aluminum Bakeware Set with 13” x 18” High Sided Half Sheet Pan and Lid

I actually bought this to hold crafting supplies that must lie flat to keep from getting bent corners and creases. I love that I can see which supplies are in it, via the frosted but still see-through lid. BUT: I bake a lot and would use this in a heartbeat for baking. Aluminum is still the gold standard for sheet pan baking and roasting. I wouldn't make cookies on any other material - I've tried them all over the years. And this pan is a good gauge aluminum, sturdy, with more depth than a regular sheet pan. The lid is the frosting on the cake. I'm tempted t buy a second one.

The double depth of a normal sheet pan is SO nice when you're using the cover. I bought it for proofing my homemade sourdough bagels. It is PERFECT for that. The lid fits nicely and there is no need to waste plastic wrap every time I make bagels or use my sheet pan. It's also great for transporting baked goods and desserts such as brownies, cookies, and cupcakes to various gatherings.

Ive been making sheet cakes for birthdays for my family for fifty years..or MORE! Many of my sheet pans bake the cake nices but they are just a pinch to low on the side..and when I pour on the hot frosting it runs off. This little beauty has side tall enough to make a perfectly lovely sheet cake and not lose a drop of fudge frosting. BLESS YOU.I was asked to bake one for a friend and it has the wonderful lid that makes transporting it so nice and easy. and it cleaned up like brand new. I plan to buy some for gifts this year.

I purchased this pan for baking cinnamon rolls, it is perfect for 15 huge roles. Bonus, I also used it for 15 equally huge yeast rolls! Will probably be nice for a lasagna bake! It is awesome! I love it! I purchased another one and will purchase the 9x9x2 pan.

Must have sheet cake pan with durable snap on lid is a must for every kitchen. Used at Holiday dinner to keep cut up roasted turkey warm until gravy was done. excellent pan for bars, cakes, etc. Love the lid for transporting to family get togethers.

Bought as a gift for my daughter. I liked the fact that it has a cover. Im happy that it showed up. I cant say that about other items in that order, one of which conveniently did not arrive.

Excellent pan with lid at a great price! It's lightweight and the lid is great for traveling. I used a small piece of painters tape on all four sides to secure the lid. Excellent for transporting a Thanksgiving dessert in the car.

This is a great value on a very good quality pan! It is a half-sheet cake pan and thicker than a sheet cake pan! Holds two cake mixes and frosting. Great when baking for a crowd!

The pan big enough to bring to a potluck with plenty of sweets to go around for everyone. Good Quality too.

Well it is huge not what I thought I was ordering it. It's probably great for someone who does a lot of baking it for big crowds but I just wanted a 13 x 9 so it's going back. I will never bake a cake this big it's huge otherwise it's probably good for whoever could bake for lots of people.
