Nordic Ware Naturals® Nonstick 9" x 13" Rectangular Cake Pan

I love the Nordic Ware brand. I really like the non-stick design and the look of this pan.

Love this line of Nordic Ware Naturals Nonstick! These rival the Williams Sonoma nonstick gold pans Cook's Illustrated raves about - for much less $. Love that they have lids you can get get them as well! I stopped baking in glass because glass retains heat way longer than aluminum pans - meaning your stuff continues to cook and dry out for a long while after you take it out of the oven. Get these!

Only used it once so far and the surface non-stick properties were excellent. Hopefully it will hold over time. It's lighter in weight that I expected, maybe because it's replacing a much heavier Cuisinart, buy it wasn't a problem, just surprising.

I received a similar Nordic Ware pan as a wedding gift 40+ years ago and love it. Recently purchased one of these as a bridal shower gift for my nephew's fiancé and my Mom. Still great quality and easy cleanup! Am thinking of splurging for a new one for me...

Love these for baking. Easy to use and clean. Must follow instructions do nonstick doesnt come off. Love them made in USA!!!!

Excellent product. Bakes cakes exceptionally well - No burning on side walls. Great for light batter cakes.

I have had this pan for almost a year, but used it the very first time last night. Never had made baked spaghetti so decided this pan would be perfect. No problem, until tonight when I washed the pan. Food came right out, clean and easy. However, so did a piece of its copper/gold colored surface coating inside the pan. The coating is coming off: First use. So disappointed.

I ordered this cake pan because of the history of Norton Ware and being made in the USA. I couldn't give a rating for it's performance because it arrived with a big dent on the bottom of it and I'm returning it.
