I love this pound cake pan. It's made with quality and will last a long time. It holds a good amount of batter. I used my baker's joy baking spray and my cake came out so easily, even being lined with sugar! The care instructions suggest that you hand wash it, although it is dishwasher safe, and honestly there is no reason to put it in the dishwasher because it cleans so easily.

THis is exactly what I wanted, my angel food cakes come out perfect.

I was concerned that a 16 cup pan wouldn't accommodate my pound cake batter but it does. The one thing that i don't understand is when i took the cake out and tasted the scrapings from the pan, it tasted like it was burnt, but when I cut the cake it wasn't burnt at all. I wasn't sure if this was related to the non-stick coating perhaps.

I can't review this product since I have never received it. I received a couple of emails about the product being shipped but it has never arrived. I would appreciate it if you could research where the product is and have one delivered to me.
