Nordic Ware Scottish Scone & Cornbread Pan

You can't beat the price but I'm pretty sure these towels will be demoted to car wash towels before too long, they just aren't high quality towels. I bought them because so many people rated them well but I wouldn't bother buying them again.

Want to start making my own scones. I found this pan online and was much better priced than the original site that sold this as well. Came securely packaged and delivered on time.

I received the pan for Christmas. it is slightly larger than other pans, but a standard scone mix filled it well. the scones lifted right out when i took the pan out of the oven. the scones were evenly cooked top and bottom. and it easily cleaned up without scrubbing.

Used the pan for the 1st time and it was more than I had expected. I baked cornbread and it and was hopeful that it would not stick to the pan as when I had used similar pans to make individual portions of cornbread which were more true supposedly nonstick. Cornbread came out very easily, no residue whatsoever and I was absolutely delighted. The portions are perfect, especially for someone who is watching their weight. In the past I have used a cast-iron skillet for making cornbread. This pan is just as good for making cornbread as the cast-iron skillet.

Excellent quality. I bought this pan to make scones. They come out of the pan easily.

Bought as a gift so not used. Looks very sturdy and useful.

Baking my scones with this pan made it easy to come up with a delectable, eye appealing baked good.

I previously wrote a review on this that did not post? I do NOT recommend any Nordic Ware nonstick items. This as with other Nordic Ware non stick items arrived with deep scratches exposing a darker color of the pan underneath. The scratches were so deep your fingernails got stuck when running across them. I read online that you should not use a nonstick item in this condition. I called Nordic Ware and was told this was Normal. Nope. Sorry. I also told the customer service representative at Nordic Ware if Nordic Wares CEO wanted to send the items I purchased to his own mother his mother would have NEVER received the pans in the condition I did. I do like Nordic Wares all natural aluminum items but seriously I ordered this scone pan , a bundt pan with case and a heart bundt and all of the nonstick coatings had issues. I would never purchase another Nordic Ware nonstick item and wouldn't even use it if it were free. I'd pass on this for sure. I'm still waiting for Nordic Wares CEO to call me.
