Norpro Wax Paper, Square, S250 Sheets

A very useful product. After receiving we made up burgers ( for freezing ) using the wax squares and putting the burgers into a locking plastic container. They keep burgers from sticking together and make it very easy to pull out 1 or more when needed. Because they are wax coated the meat doesn't stick to the squares. Very nice and handy

Ideal for making hamburger patties and storing them. Our daughter was here from NY and was really impressed. We used a 1/3 measuring cup and a pound of 90/10 meat. I have a small roller that we put finishing touches to have round patties.

I could believe how easy these are to use for many kitchen uses. I not only use them to separate hamburgers, but home made pierogies, empanadas, dumplings, fried eggplant and anything else you need to freeze and don't want them to stick together. I stand the box up and its simple to reach in a slip one out at a time. So easy.

First and most important, Fedex delivered my package to the correct address. Little wax papers Saves lots of time No more cutting wax paper into little squares. The older I get, the less work I want to do.
