The glass carousel didn't fit this microwave, and customer service was no help.
I first ordered the microwave in January - it was sent to the wrong address, after over a month of many emails saying they were running late (originally supposed to arrive in 3 days). Finally they refunded the money, and I had to start over. Now I get the 2nd one, with a mismatched glass carousel. They only offer to replace the whole microwave, after I spent over an hour setting it up, including, pulling out the refrigerator to plug it in -- and I'm over 75, and it was very difficult. The customer service people did not care.
