Huge fan of this. I noticed immediate results. Im taking it to improve dopamine production. Its a major staple to my health and well-being. You dont find vitamin b6 in stores, but if you do it needs to be paired with b12. Thats what makes this great.

Very nice B-Complex supplement, there is a lot going on with this supplement, it contains five b-vitamins that use the active methylated form of the vitamins, a nootropics blend and more 11 vitamins total, the serving size is just two capsules daily, the capsules are soft and were easy to swallow, so far this supplement agrees with me perfectly with no side effects, as with any supplement it's difficult to know the effects with short term use.I like that this supplement is made in a GMP facility and is NSF certified, non-gmo and 3rd party tested for heavy metals, microbes and for potency it also doesn't use proprietary blends so you know exactly how much of each ingredient is in the serving.Overall I highly recommend, excellent top quality ingredients, made in the USA, contains 30-servings.

I honestly had to look up a few of the words in this compound. What I found was that the vitamin B is formulated for easier absorption and that the other supplements support energy and brain function. It sounds like its worth a try, so I'll give it a 5-star and an update after taking it for a while.

This supplement is a great addition to my anti-aging health regimen.I won't go into all the ingredients because they are clearly stated in the description of the product.What I will say is $29 for a 2-month supply is extremely reasonable for a supplement that contains so much.I definitely recommend adding this to your health plan.

Great product to add to my anti-aging supplements. It contains methylated B vitamins which means they are already in their active state and can be absorbed by the body much easier than unmethylated vitamins. This product also contains a great combination of well researched nootropics which help with memory and focus. The US company seems to use high quality ingredients and third party testing.

I am taking a number of supplements. For that reason I usually reduce the dosage. For example, I will only take one of these per day. This could be why I haven't seen any positive results from taking a this supplement. I just get a little nervous when the pill bottle asks you to consult your physician first, and I have yet to do that.

This supplement comes in small capsules. They are pretty easy to swallow. After taking them for a few days, I felt I was able to focus better at work. I didn't feel any side effects after taking them.

What I really like about this product is that it clearly discloses all the ingredients' dosages. I find the formula strong as a nootropic, but I actually thought I was ordering a Vitamin B product. I didn't even see that it also had nootropic ingredients in there until just now. It was a nice surprise, but wasn't exactly what I was expecting, so I think the label should more prominently display that it's a nootropic first of all, supported by some bioavailable B vitamins, not the other way around. Since I'm already taking a nootropic formula which already has some of the ingredients this one does, I won't actually be able to use this product until I finish the other one.

These arrived well sealed and labeled. I didn't have any problem with open capsules or dust in my bottle - all my capsules looked in great shape, consistent, and clean of herbal residue. They were average size so I felt they were easy to take and swallow, and the only real effect that I had was very bright yellow urine for the rest of the day. I don't have any veggie eye effects from these.I just didn't really feel like these help me focus or gave me more energy. An energy drink was much more effective for me.
