My product ratings are actually for the customer service I received. When I got my order, as usual everything was wrapped all nice and neat, except the seal on this product was partially broke and had leaked some. I notified customer service about the issue but had told them being the seal wasn't completely broke I would be ok with keeping it. Not even an hour later I received a reply that they were going to replace it anyways and by that evening it was already packed and I had a tracking number. I am very pleased with Swanson Health Products and am so glad I came across them while doing a search. Thank you again for the prompt reply and service!!!

This ginger oil has an odd smell. I was expecting the lively, bright, spicy scent of fresh ginger. However, this smells more like old, almost moldy, ginger. It has a very musty odor that, I believe, is from the outer skin of the root. There are different extraction methods, and this smells like the oil was extracted from unpeeled ginger. I like the other essential oils from this brand, but I will not be purchasing this one again.

Took awhile to get this and then it has a horrible smell. I never smelled ginger that smells like this! I haven't used it because I think it went rancid. I did not reach out to the company with all that is going on in the world this is disappointing but not worth bothering with.

I will NEVER!! order for this seller again. I received ginger oil that was clearly bad. It smelled so awful, I had to open a window. I have purchased ginger oil (many times) from health food stores before. Never has it stink. I contacted this seller and explain what happen, and they refuse to return it or replace it. Buyer beware!!

I made a pretty big order and after two weeks I got a weird notification that my money was being refunded with no explanation? I'm bummed because I was really excited to use all my new oils, but c'est la vie, I guess?
