NOW Foods Liquid B-12, B-Complex, 2 fl oz (59 ml)

Daily use brightens the Whites of my eyes. Nice boost to energy as well! Taste is doable.

The price for liquid B 12 has gone through the roof. But the product invigorate me immediately right . Thats probably why the price has fomemup

I really like the quick pick me up I get from taking the liquid B. I hold it under my tongue for quick absorption when I need a boost. I think it's better for me and I like it much more than drinking an "energy " drink. If that's what I want, I'll just add a dropperful to Soda for a comparable effect.

Not sure what to write but I do not like the taste at all. It is sweetened with Stevia (ick). That was my fault for not looking at the ingredients prior to purchase. Aside from that it still tastes terrible. I also don't like the fact that you take 1/4 of a tsp and have to "hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds" before swallowing? What is that all about? I just want to swallow and get on with it.

First ingredient is Ascorbic Acid vitamin-c, the worst form of vitamin c. Then it contains non-sublingual B12 in it's synthetic form. I use to trust Now Foods, but after seeing the terrible ingredients, not to sure if I will continue to purchase such inferior and unhealthy forms of these nutrients.

i bought this liquid b complex to add to a fruit smoothie that i make every once in a while, as an added bonus to make it even more healthier, but as soon as i opened the container, the smell was too overpowering & i couldn't bring myself to even try it.

Would NOT recommend this product!!! I tried it in an attempt to find a cheaper substitute for Methylmate, which contains methylcobalamin ONLY, no flavors or additives, unlike the NOW product. NOW's methlycobalamin tastes terrible. Much easier to take the methyl B12 plain. Had to be taken orally or sublingually rather than as a nasal spray like the Methylmate. Whole time I used this, my health declined, and it sprung back to the best in years within a week of returning to using Methylmate as a nasal spray. The Methlymate as a nasal spray really helps with mental clarity, especially when faced with toxic exposures. The NOW product can not be used in this way because of the extra unnecessary ingredients. Hoping Swanson will start carrying the Methylmate soon, hate to have to go to an other supplier for just this one product!!!
