Sandalwood can be difficult and expensive to purchase. NOW has outdone themselves on a sandalwood that upon smelling from the bottle doesnt have an especially exciting scent.....but Wow NOW has managed to produce a diffuser friendly scent that mists into a delightful and calming sandalwood. I highly recommend this earthy scent for diffuser lovers.

Sandalwood herbal oil has increased in price..in some cases A Lot. I work in a yoga studio, mixing the aromatherapy products. NOW brand is definitely a good contender, though we order organic everything. However, at home I use NOW's sandalwood & overlook fact that it's not as pure as I wish. For a conventionally raised/produced oil, it is a good buy with a stable scent.

Unfortunately, the scent is rather weak. It is disappointing

I heard about a study that said if your skin can smell sandalwood, it heals faster. But I can't smell the sandalwood in the bottle and definitely can't smell it when I put it on my skin. It is just a mix of sandalwood oil (12% I think) with another oil and is not enough.

Very disappointed with this- no scent at all. I order primarily all NOW essential oils and have never had this experience. I've ordered vanilla blend in jojoba oil and it is wonderful. Sandalwood oil in this case has zero scent. I'm confused by the other reviews that are rated higher..

I should have listened to the reviews, this has no scent. Even when I placed a large amount directly on my skin, I could barely smell it. Whatever slight smell there is disappears within a few minutes, For comparison, I have been very happy with the other "NOW" essential oil products.

The oil's consistency is comfortable but he aroma is quite diluted... The problem is not the product or the manufacturer as they do indicate the correct information. What is misleading is Swanson Vitamin's naming of the product.... I have seen the exact same product on multiple online stores but they all clearly state "14% oil blend".... the pricing is roughly the same but I had other ite.s I like from Swanson so why not buy it here.... I regret that decision since I trusted this page and easily believed thier misleading name for this product. I am disappointed and will avoid purchasing from this page again. :-(
