I had a difficult time locating a store which had this product available, so was thrilled when I found it at Swansons. It is an especially relaxing type of calcium, so I take it at bedtime and just love it.

Lactate is the best absorbable, and my wife actually tolerates it well, both in the method of delivery and that she muscle-tests well with it.

I give an overall rating for this product it is easy on the stomach and works great at helping me to get to sleep.

You know its the little things that bite you in the butt. This item is Non- returnable to Walmart. And you have to pay for returning it and possibly restocking fees to. You don't get that bit a news until its shipped to you. Heads up I won't be purchasing anything for this third party again ever. And yes I kerp track of things like that. Not Good Business.
