NOW brand of kava
I've tried three different brands of kava. Now is by far the most effective for both sleep and anxiety.

Life savor to calm
Kava kava has been so much help to me And my well-being. A light sedative to help ease your thoughts to help you rest .... finally. You are going to be just fine. Lets ditch the chemicals from medications & take this kava to help us get off those habit forming prescriptions. Doctors are so quick to write a prescription so well be hooked. ( lets do this ). Pharma doesnt want you to take this... it takes money out of their pockets. In my opinion only.

Ineffectiveness
This batch is ineffective, it's weaker than previous batches and is a waste of my time and money towards your company to order from your on-line service and advertisements. Goodbye

Eleutherococcus senticosus
It contains Eleutherococcus senticosus, It cannot be combined with Kava. Although in reality, I think that Kava is not in this supplement, so they added an additional extract of another plant to have some effect.
