I've been taking Pantethine 600 mg as part of my supplement routine. I originally got it because it may help support cholesterol and triglyceride levels. I can't say it makes a dramatic difference by itself, but it's easy to take and hasn't bothered my stomach so far. I see it more as a small supportive supplement rather than something that replaces diet, exercise, or medication. Overall, I'm satisfied with it and plan to keep using it while monitoring my blood test results.

This stuff really works! I am not a "vitamin" person, and don't take many. My cholesterol has been high for years and I was told about this product. I have been taking it for a few months and yesterday, I had bloodwork. My triglycerides were down almost 60 points from last year. Also my total cholesterol came down almost 40 points. My levels are now all normal or slightly elevated but much better than they were years ago. I am going to continue taking this supplement.

This is one of Swanson's better products for any all and all people to stabilize your metabolism. I would say anyone should use this if they are looking for a product from Swansons to do the job for their physical condition.

I did think I've been using it long enough but I started taking these for acne. I've been going small cystic acne so I'm going to give this a while longer. Sometimes it takes weeks/months for supplements to work.
