It would be nice to be able to purchase this product inside the store. However, there are never any on the shelves and recently I noticed that there is not even a place for it anymore.

I take flaxseed oil daily for my eyes I have a stigmata in my right eye I went for my yearly eye exam and my doctor said it had improved a great deal and for that I am very grateful.

Flaxseed oil provides the essential ALA! Since these polyunsaturated fats cannot be made by our bodies we have to take this. I trust Spring Valley as so far with the different supplements I purchase Soring Valley has not let me down. Great price!

I take these as directed by a physician because I can not tolerate the effects of fish oil. They store well and are easy to take without burning in throat or the side effect taste of fish oil. I have and will purchase again.

Great for achy joints
I had what they call "trigger finger" where one or more of your fingers or thumb will freeze up in a bent position. I was told I would have to get very painful shots in the joints to free them about every 6 months. A friend told me to take Flax seed oil and it would free them. It worked! In about 2 months my hands were pain free and moving freely.

No Fishy Aftertaste
I don't like fishy tasting Omega 3 oils...they always rebound on me. With Flaxseed oil capsules you get the same benefits but none of the bad aftertaste. Highly recommended.

Trouble opening the Flaxseed container
The container didn't have a safety seal, I couldn't get the lid open. When it opened the lid broke and it poked my left hand and made a cut on the palm of my hand.

Lid is stuck on
I have purchased this item in the past, and I had no problems. I went to try and open the bottle this time and it is stuck. I mean really stuck. I have tried everything. Even having my son try and open the bottle. It is like the lid is super glued on. I hate going into the Walmart store. So I am just stuck I guess.
