I've taken this with meals for along time .I had to have gallbladder removed and chose this product because I read the oxbile is needed to help absorb fats without a gallbladder.I use twice daily with a meal.Good reliable product and company.

These seem to work as well as the more expensive brands I have tried. I have low stomach acid and food just sits on my stomach if i don't take enzymes.

Having trouble digesting food? Not anymore. One cap with meals containing protein. Don't need this with steel cut outs in the morning though. Great help for a rumbling stomach.

Great with people that do not have their gallbladder. This product will help flush fats from your body . So far, taking this product 30 min. Before meal has tremendously helped me process my fats. I don't know if there is a correlation it since taking this product, I've lost an average of 3-5 lbs in a month which is great considering I am over 60 years of age . These are helping me have less stomach upset, which is very helpful. I'm going to finish this bottle and see how it goes. I never used to be able to take digestive enzymes without it actually adding to my stomach upset.

I never received my item and then they refused to refund me my money as if it was my fault I didn't get it. Item shipped late so the delivery date was way off from my original delivery date. One minute it was stuck in transit next it said it was being held at post office another it said I had to sign for it then it claimed it was delivered when it wasnt

They recently changed the ingredients to include Maltodextrin and Dextrose for no good reason other than to save money perhaps. Been using and recommending these for a long time, but not anymore. We take supplements to be healthy and randomly, they quietly sneak in the trash.
