An easy 5 for taste. WOOT! It taskes like, er, vegetable capsules? And ease of use? ANOTHER 5!!! Just put in your mouth, add water, and swallow. I mean swallow the pill and water, not "add a swallow after you add the water." That wouldn't be a very "ease of use". And while the Vitamin D is amazing, all that extra Vitamin K (AT NO EXTRA CHARGE) punts it right over the edge. Another great product from NOW!

I'd been taking Vitamin D3 from a different brand for six years to get through Covid. I had recently read how good the combo of D3 and K2 are for the body, so I asked my doctor, an intern, about it and told her the brand I'd been taking. She actually polled all the M.D. supervisors and they all recommended the NOW brand as high quality, and applauded my adding K2. I take that as a very positive recommendation!

Highly recommend this product especially during winter time there's less sunshine. Easy to swallow in capsules form.

Seems to be doing it's job as a maintenance dose so far. Size is no bigger than a Tylenol. Easy to swallow. I take it with dinner. I've noticed less body aches and I sleep more soundly than before.

I thought the quantity would be greater than 120. User error in double checking. I prefer a larger quantity, at least 180. Fair price @ 9 cents a 1000 IU's.

This was recommended to be taken in conjunction with magnesium glycinate to help with muscle cramping. We were going on a long flight and I wanted to try to prevent the possibility. I haven't had much in the way of cramping since originally starting these (about a month ago), but the cramps were unpredictable to begin with, so how do you know? In any case, I intend to continue for now as it seems like the most logical choice. Sorry if this is TMI. ;Þ

Remember to check ingredients. This product uses rice as a filler. I'm allergic to rice so I have product to neighbor.

Walmart, this bottle of vitamins was delivered by USPS in the lobby, out in the open on top of the couch, not secured in my parcel gang box or even the letter-size mail box for my apt unit. It was sitting in the sun for 2 hrs getting hot, which ruins the potency of vitamins and a man was down there looking at everyone's parcels, unsecured on top of the couch. Now he knows my name, where I live and what I bought. The product is great, my delivery instructions were clear, but USPS still delivers on the couch. I request a credit on this parcel as its value is moot. Have been buying thousands of dollars from Walmart over the years but the delivery problem is problematic from USPS. REFUND or CREDIT is appreciated!

The problem is that the stated dose is 45 mcg (micrograms) of MK-4. The typical daily dose of MK-4 is 45 mg (milligrams, not micrograms). A typical dose of MK-7 would be 120 mcg (micrograms).
