My Physician Assistant recommended I take triple boron to work with the vitamin d I take in order to have strong bones. I don't have any problems with this product and have bought it numerous times. I take one a day.

I love the size. They are very easy to swallow. I purchased this supplement after watching what I initially thought was a comedy skit on TikTok about borax. Now I am not the adventurous type to take these “maybe” risks so I opted for the same mineral that came with a well known brand name. I had chipped my front tooth while eating a peach fruit cup. I know. Peaches don't usually give a big fight but High doses of prednisone has weakened my bones. I I was able to repair a previous molar with a change of tooth paste, eating snd sleeping habits. Plus the addition of calcium. But after reading about the benefits of Born for bone health I wanted to give it a shot at repairing my front tooth and it is almost completely repaired .

none of the included forms of boron gave the boron oxide that is used in bone matrix and has been shown to reduce C-reactive protein. All three that are included are worthless. Look for fructoborate, boric acid or a BO3 component in your boron supplement.

Boron has been proven to be a necessary component of bone health. It assists in the bodily retention of the calcium and magnesium a person ingests.I take this supplement when I take my other bone health supplements, to round out the mixture. The three different sources provides more insurance of absorbability.
