They are great as long as you are active Jim walking you will sweat a lot you'll know it's working then I have lost a total of 153 pounds. It has taken me a total of a year using this product special note you need to cycle off after 90 days stay off of 30 then start again good luck for all of those who are trying to massively lose some weight

I did not notice any difference I took for a whole month just made me agitated

It's not a good case for people who work out doors it open and fall off very easy

To be honest I did not feel anything different than I did before taking it . Waste of money I could have saved my money!

well i ordered them they sent expired product so i called walmart they said it was a third party shipping, and i said well i ordered from you. you represent the third party, and they would not replace or refund product so i dont know if the product is good or not the shipping Company would not return emails either so walmart has let me down
