A spoonful of sugar
Essentially same as Pixie Stix: powdered sugar with some slightly tart blue raspberry flavoring , and with essentially same effect. Four of the six "other ingrediants" listed are sweeteners: Cane sugar, fructose, stevia, and sucralose, so at least you won't taste the kale or other miscellaneous "enhancing" ingrediants. They say "no water needed, nd taste is not unpleasant, but good luck getting down this near tablespoon of powder off your tongue without it. Aside from the sugar there's green coffee and green tea extract and presumably some (unlisted) caffeine content, along with a number of herbs and vegetables, to no discernible sensation or effect at least for me, Your experience may vary but it's not the kind of product a fella want's to take back to the service counter to tell the ladies "Nope. Didn't work at all."
