BIG pills! You are recommended to take 4 with a meal daily %26 1 more around a half hour before intimacy. I just started using them a couple weeks ago. They do help some as promised but how much is still not clear. (I'm 66 yrs young)

Recommended dosage seems to mess with my Hypoglycemia, but a half dose seems perfect for me. A little more energy, and as a smoker, seems to help eject the unwanted flegm, and makes me feel better overall. Seems as if it should be a necessary part of my diet.

EXTREME CAUTION! Stay away from this stuff, it's absolutely dangerous. My personal experience after one dose was absolutely horrible. I do think some of the herb supplements it contains are probably just fine, but for some bizarre reason they put a couple different PEPPER types to “turn up the heat” - why they ever thought this was a good idea baffles me. After only about 30 minutes from taking, I broke out in a massive sweat! I was dripping in sweat for a couple hours and got barely no relief from actual cold shower…. and I hate cold showers, but still felt hot. This very questionable product should have never been offered by Walmart.

I took these occasionally and I noticed my heart would start racing. The last time I took them I had to take myself to the Urgent Care because I thought was having a heart attack. I do not recommend this product. I don't think the ingredients are accurate. They made me feel very sick.

These are overpriced energy vitamins aka caffeine pills. Although the caffeine milligrams is not listed, the ingredients list has something about green tea leaf extract aka caffeine...

Don't even bother buying this, completely rubbish, no effect, on the side cause multiple health complications, from body aches to headaches and burning while urinating.

A waste of money. Nothing about this product works at all It surprises me that Walmart sells it but it's all about the money. Nothing new about that
