this product for the price dose what a lot of high price products claim to do. it has worked as intended for me. there is a caution on how long you take it and to take a break once every 6 weeks or something to that effect. but I being a male and 58 chose it for one purpose only and that's longevity and stamina when needed In the bedroom. me being also single that is not that often........ the bottle will probably out last me!..... but on the rare occasion where I'm seldem in public as of late, I seem to still have some charming left in me and one of my adventures into pubic pays off in a most unexpected way! Started to take this supplement for the past x3 days, and i noticed my gastric and tummy upset started to occur. Getting hungry very fast, and more occurrence of headache too. Don't think this product suit me well. I will continue to trial for another week to see. It is disappointing with its price i m experiencing symptoms from consuming it. Quality packaging, combination of ingredients on its packaging is attractive, size of the capsule is slightly big. It did not mention the recommended dosage. Benefits as per my comment above, taste is basically tasteless.
