Nut Cravings Roasted & Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds, Pepitas, No Shell (16oz - 1 lbs)

This product has become a favorite of everyone in my family. Besides the health benefits of eating pumpkin seeds they are delicious, and feeling. We started with the 2 pound size and have had to increase the size so that everyone can enjoy them freely without skipping days or lessening the amount. I am very pleased with the 5 pound size and look forward to making this purchase part of my monthly budget.

Good addition (as topper) to salads. Adds crunch plus a bit of protein %26 fiber, so relatively painless (calorie-wise, since has more benefits than croutons, for example).

Eating these mostly for health benefits. Nutrients include magnesium, iron, zinc, omega-6 fatty acids, protein and fiber. Add these to cereal, yogurt and salads.

These are the best unsalted roasted pumpkin seeds. Delicious and packed with Other nutrients. Also they get delivered fast so I never run out of them. I LOVE these pumpkin seeds!

Roasted but unsalted pumpkin seed meats. You can use the seeds in whatever you like to eat. I put them on my daily salads for that extra crunch and vitamins.

I like the crunch. The seeds are small, but I take 3 or 4 at a time. Generally I don't need many to satisfy me. The bag of seeds go a long way! the consistency of the seed size and taste is excellent!!

The pumpkin seeds arrived in excellent condition. The were fresh and crunchy. They are a healthy snack.

Fairly tasteless. Not well roasted, almost raw. Slathered in peanut oil, not dry roasted. Only thing right is they are indeed unsalted. Shamelessly overpriced.

If I'm not mistaken these nuts were a part of an order with an entire case of can goods that I did not receive-there was another service used for delivery.the sent a picture of the delivered goods which showed was no my address.I contacted that carrier numerous times and was told to contact Walmart.this was over a month ago playing ping pong back and forth and the issue still hasn't been resolved!!

Product ingredients do not list that these pumpkin seeds are roasted in Peanut oil. And I see no pictures of the product that show the ingredients either. I believe this is intentional to boost sales from those of us looking to buy dry roasted only. I will never purchase this brand again.
