Nutramax Denamarin Tablets for Cats & Small Dogs, 30 Tablets

This medication was recommended by my veterinarian. My little pup has liver disease and been taking it for about a year' It seems to be helping him according to his test results and a change in his diet. Walmart's price is the lowest I have found so far.

I gave this a 5 star rating because this supplement was recommended by my Vet, however I didn't get a chance to try it. My cat passed away on the very day that this arrived to my house.

Works for my little dog. I use to get from Walmart when the shipping was free. Now I get from the Vet since they started charging. Very disappointing.

My vet THINKS my dog has Cushing's and wants to test him, which takes 8 hrs at office with frequent blood draws. The prescriptions are ridiculously expensive. He is 14 years old and I don't want to subject him to this. I went online and found info on treating him at home with Melatonin and Lignans. They affect his liver a bit so I got Denamarin. It is a rather large pill taken WITHOUT food for an hour. I have to give him a bit of food for him to swallow it before breakfast. He now cries for an hour because he's hungry. How do I explain this to him? I don't even know if it is really helping him at this point and they are EXPENSIVE too. It is for DOGS...couldn't come up with a pill that is easier to give?

I did not recieve prouduct, i called walmart customer service and talked to a nice gentleman, and he let me know 5hat it would be investigated and I would receive the product. i ordered early because my cat still had medicine, i hope they can get it to me quickly so she doesn't get sicker 😪
