The knives are beautiful. They cut nicely.

Love these knives but I have to admit they were a bit larger than I was counting on. Serrated knives are perfect for what need but I am not too sure about the size. They cut perfectly and will be used a lot for slicing and cooking but on the table? Just not sure yet.

Do not waste your money on these knives. These are the worst steak knives ever ! I could not wait to see my husbands reaction to our new knives since our old ones were almost 20 yrs. old and dull. Well neither of us could believe how awful these knives are. They don't slice meat. They rip and tear it ! It was more like using an old dull hand saw than a new tech knife. I am still just in shock at how terrible these knives are. I tried them on raw meat. And of course on cooked medium well steak. It was the same for both. You had to have a good strong grip on your fork, because when you start cutting the meat, these knives just grab it and after much sawing will finally rip it apart. The piece you cut off for a bite looked like it had been put through a grinder. A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, AND ALSO TERRIBLE PRODUCT. I got our old knives out of the trash , washed them and returned them to my knife drawer. Almost 20 yrs. old and well used, they are still so superior to these knives. Watch those serated edges. Looks for knives with a more scalloped look edge that is sharp with small teeth. I just packaged them up for return. They will be picked up tomorrow !
