I put one scoop into my overnight oats with milk and mix it up—leave in the frig overnight and add raisins or blueberries in the morning, may need a little more milk. It's like having dessert for breakfast. Nice treat!.

Nutricost supplements continue to be, for me, consistently good products. I use both the casein %26 whey protein powders, and I have been well pleased with the flavor, consistency, and value of each. Supplements, as with everything these days, continue to go up in cost. Nutricost products remain, by comparison, relatively less expensive than most others out there. I would recommend Nutricost protein powders to anyone looking for a good product, great value, and excellent taste.

Nice thick protein for adding to recipes,making smoothies or making pudding. I wouldn't recommended it for drinking plainly without adding anything. I use it with blended in frozen fruits and veggies and it's delicious and filling.

Reliable, easy to add to smoothies, good replacement for whey if you want protein that's slower to digest and good to start off your day.

Great product. Supplements my protein needs well. Also mixes well. Taste is average, but I like it blander because I can mix it with other stuff well.

I've been taking casein daily for about four months, starting with the chocolaty brand. I switched to this Nutricost vanilla recently for price reasons. I found that the chocolaty one mixes well with water by blending at high speed whipping air into it. The Nutricost vanilla does not do well with air whipped. Blend it slow on the "stir" setting. Pretty good flavor. Worth the money.

Casein dissolves MUCH quicker and easier than does regular Protein Powder, and the flavor is as good (?) as normal (I add a tablespoon of honey). If you drink it at bedtime as recommended on the bottle you'll need to get up twice to use the bathroom, so I just mix it 50/50 with my usual whey protein powder, Body Fortress cookies and cream flavor, and drink it throughout the day. It's also somewhat less costly than my usual.
