This is very good quality and very effective. I am almost finished with my first order and am ordering it again. I prefer using this over Turkesterone. I find it to be more effective, provides a more defined muscle, and doesn't raise my blood pressure among other unwanted effects like Turkesterone. It's had positive effects on cholesterol levels as well.

It does what the product claims to do. I am able to walk much better than before. But, the taste of it is really bad. I mix it with a little juice and its not as bad. The product works thats what matters. I would recommend it.

The product itself is easy to use. Mixes well. I just didn't care for the taste. It was very tart and no matter what beverage I used I could not mask the taste.

Great product with a bitter taste

Smells don't bother me but I can see that it would bother others who are more sensitive. I am happy with the product and feel that I've gained muscle from what was previous fat. Over all weight has remained about the same but I'm defiantly firmer. I'm only 50% through my order and just reordered another container today.

I read this helps to prevent muscle loss in seniors when taken at bedtime with whey protein. Thought I'd give it a try. We'll see!

this is my second bottle, honestly can't say if it works or not because it's not like creatine, but the service is great. No more than a 2 day wait

It might be good, I don't know yet. It is nasty! I put it into a small amount of water and drink it as fast as I can and chase it with green tea. I ordered the caps. I don't know how long I can talk myself into doing this.
