Nutricost HMB (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyric) Supplement 1000mg, 240 Capsules

It is kind of hard to be objective about stuff like this. I have taken a bottle or two of the stuff and feel fine. Healthy and all that jazz. No control group to compare to but I did get more and take along with some vitamins and good diet to go with regular trips to the y. Old guy here hoping to get even older.

Gets me thru the week, A 59 yr old in recovering from (work) intense weekly production and still have something left Friday. Taking 3 Capsules, Three times a day helps me to keep up..

HMB is great for my muscle health and gives me strength because I have multiple sclerosis. Thank you Walmart.

Product is fine.. Using your on line is not. I got a message of a prescription refill needs to be refilled don't know what it is. I get refills that aren't due a lot and some prescriptions are no longer taking. I will refill all at one time so I can pick up once. But you let me know one at a time and add some that are not to be refilled. I don't want delivered and left by my door. I would rather pick up myself. I like getting to know the people in the store, You have a great people in the Pharmacy and throughout the store. The pharmacy are always helpful always say hi with a smile even when busy . I never see anyone standing around and not be acknowledge. They deserve a very high recommendation. As well as the people in the store

Don't buy it because there is no way to tell if it really works!
