I highly recommend this for any man over the age of forty to help prevent muscle loss (sarcopenia). Even if you don't participate in weight training it will help. And the Nutricost price is very reasonable!

It is kind of hard to be objective about stuff like this. I have taken a bottle or two of the stuff and feel fine. Healthy and all that jazz. No control group to compare to but I did get more and take along with some vitamins and good diet to go with regular trips to the y. Old guy here hoping to get even older.

Assuming everything is right with the quality (I don't have a lab to analyze the makeup of the pill contents) this is the best regular deal I've found on HMB. 2x capsules per gram. I take it twice daily instead of the once listed on the bottle. There is no standard for HMB dosing and you'll find different manufacturers recommend widely different quantities. most seem to recommend 2000mg (2g) a day. It's a natural metabolite so you can't really over do it. To my knowledge no studies have found any side effects or long term symptoms from it's use, however I can say I do notice a difference in retained muscle mass... especially when fasting and going on long runs between workouts. Will buy again, great value for your supplement buck.

didnt want to give 5 stars due to not wanting to develop an addiction, and that i want to develop my muscles in a natural way. so i took the product as a test to see what it was like for a month. i did notice results although their modest and fair gains I still feel i want to go more of a natural route then this way so yeah (: but if you feel you need extra help with muscle gains it does help a bit

Product is fine.. Using your on line is not. I got a message of a prescription refill needs to be refilled don't know what it is. I get refills that aren't due a lot and some prescriptions are no longer taking. I will refill all at one time so I can pick up once. But you let me know one at a time and add some that are not to be refilled. I don't want delivered and left by my door. I would rather pick up myself. I like getting to know the people in the store, You have a great people in the Pharmacy and throughout the store. The pharmacy are always helpful always say hi with a smile even when busy . I never see anyone standing around and not be acknowledge. They deserve a very high recommendation. As well as the people in the store
