Nutricost Chicory Root 650mg 120 Capsules - Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Vegetarian Supplement

I started taking chicory root a couple years ago bc of the inulin content (not to be confused with insulin!) to see if it would help with my constant heartburn. Everything in the world was giving me heartburn, even bread and water. After 40, my system started backing up: not “going” every day. Started with 1, 2x a day, and after a couple months, I saw such a huge difference! Started “going” every day again. I cut down to 1 a day, then 1 every other day. The heartburn has been practically non-existent! Love love LOVE this product!

I didn't notice any major positive changes yet, but nothing negative too. I'm pre-diabetic and I found out that chicory can help me

I read and watched videos on celebs and random people who took this with a probiotic and kombucha and this helped with leaky gut and gastritis plus weight. So far I don't take any medication for my stomach prescribed by my MD and I was. I take this every morning with warm lemon water, and it's been months since my stomach has felt normal and getting smaller!

One capsule with a meal and things work great. Was recently put on medication that slows digestion which made things unpleasant, this worked like a charm. I will continue taking it.

These are not any good at all!! When I received this and opened the bottle it had several empty capsules. Needless to say the powder was all inside the bottle!! That isn't the worst part. I don't believe these are Chicory Root as they aren't doing anything. Other food items that I eat with Chicory Root extract provide me the fiber reaction I want. These capsules do absolutely nothing!! I'm very disappointed as other supplements I've purchased that are made in the state of Utah are superior to others I've purchased. These are not!!
