Nutricost Copper Glycinate Capsules (120 Capsules, 3MG Copper per Serving) - Non GMO, Vegan

Been taking this suppliment ( along with a couple others) for over a year now. I am now off all prescription meds. (3 for diabetes, 1 for cholesterol and 1 for high blood pressure). I supplement with this on the days that I don't consume any organ meat. Of course this alone didn't produce the results but aided in the results in my opinion.

I think it's important to *adjust* supplements to what is being eaten that day, so I just throw my day's food into AI and see if I need to top up my copper, especially zinc comes in Equate multi and that needs to be balanced. Nutricost seems to be well-reviewed.

Supplemental Copper is Not available as an Rx, so I ordered this OTC! Easy to take Capsules and are Tasteless! A bit Pricey though...

I purchased this product after finding out that I was anemic. At first I wasn't sure if it was actually doing anything for me, but after taking it consistently for about a month, I had more energy to get things done around the house. I even felt more motivated to get up and be productive throughout the day. This product pleasantly surprised me with the benefits I noticed. I also love that I only have to take it once a day with food. The capsules aren't very large, so they're easy to swallow as well.
