Creatine rarely has worked for me in the past, but this DEFINITELY does. I lift much more weight on this product in the gym and am able to increase weight faster/ plateau less. Recovered faster and wasn't sore almost ever. I just dump it in a tiny 1oz shot of water, gulp it down, then drink a gallon of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Important: Make sure to drink a TON of water; creatine can ruin your kidneys if you're dehydrated!

Although it doesn't dissolve in water, it is virtually tasteless. The "crunchiness" (i don't think that is a real word,lol) is no problem. I use about 4oz of water and keep stirring the water so it doesn't all end up on the bottom. I will continue to buy this product.

This product would be 5 stars if it didn't come in a comically large container. The product is great and at a decent price but good god just make it a smaller container. It was the correct amount inside and everything but it only filled the container halfway. I'm sure they make smaller ones.

Upon opening noticed some brown specs in the creatine. Used it a couple of times and had stomach cramps, which my previous brand never gave me. I feel likebI got what I deserved for buying a discount brand. You get what you pay for. Threw it in the trash and ordered my previous brand and will stick with that from now on.
