If you're not used to healthy, gross tasting things then this is not for you as it tastes like cardboard adhesive. The taste gets better as you get used to it but it takes getting used to. If you want health value over taste then go for it. I don't care about the flavor as long as it's good for me and this is a good deal. Mixes well into almond milk and leaves no lumps.

Better body Foods organic Superfood powder has very healthy and impressive ingredients. I startee off with two teaspoons in cold milk this morning. It blended well with a spoon. The taste was way above tolerable. I'm hoping this will improve my health and digestion problems

I just mixed this in a glass of milk and it was tasty almost undetectable and I like the chia seeds in there. To me this mixes well especially as someone who takes whey isolate protein powder with water on the go sometimes and the B12 is a big plus especially for those who may be vegan looking for B12 options.

I'm really impressed with this organic superfood powder. It blends smoothly, tastes great for a greens blend, and gives me a noticeable boost in energy and overall balance throughout the day. The seeds are honestly why I drink it, it has such an earthy vibe when I drink it. I make it with milk and mix in agave syrup or sugar, it's so yummy I give it to my toddlers too!

Its not bad, mix fruit ,ground up nuts if you feel like making it,good most of the time,but when you sick , keep premade ones on hand just in case,or use when you arent home and need a emergency snack.

Definitely an acquired taste. But is good. I think there's chia seeds in it that's kinda throws me off texture wise but over all good buy and great benefits for a great price

I don't buy a Healthy food supplement to see a Lead Warning label printed on the package. What looked good in the beginning when I first was buying this was very good. It mixed well was priced right. My new shipment came, and I see a Lead warning.

It has Chia seeds in it. I wasn't expecting that and the powder is light brown and tastes horrible. I've only put it in smoothies though, but you would think a smoothie could mask the flavor, NOPE!

A rat must of chewed it you could tell by the holes in it I can't believe y'all delivered this to me I'm sick right now oh my God if I would have eaten some of it oh my God could you please come pick it up it's disgusting I will put it in a bag at the front this is awful
