Its interesting this is marketed for "energy" since I got it on health advice to help with sleep. It definitely helps with sleep. The flavor is "cold" like those weird cooling breath mints. It tastes a little sweet and mixes easily with water or any other drink.

I use 3 gram in my evening drink like tea or milk. It relaxes me and gets me ready for sleep.

Excellent product very happy with the results so far

Great for a physical calming effect on the body. If you take it during the day, you might experience a feeling on your face and body similar to sitting in front of a nice fan on a hot day. The consistency and texture is similar to sugar, and mixes well with water and other drinks. It's slightly sweet, but you wouldn't notice it in a flavored drink or if you only drop one scoop in to 16-20oz of water. From my personal testing and what I've read online, there's differences between people and how they react to Glycine - most get sleepy, some get energized; some don't need a lot, some others need a lot to feel anything. Start small (maybe around 1g or 1/3 of a scoop) and slowly build up until you feel the effects. It's a very safe supplement thankfully.
