my daughter is a dietician and when Florida decided to kill anyone on SSD they took benefits away so my daughter looked at my last bloodwork snd added this along with boron(for osteo), vitamin E , cQ-10 (for heart ) , thc (for pain %26 insomnia) and my heart went from 60/40 to 12/80 in 4 months holistically..i eat organic food only for autoimmune !! I stayed off the statin i was put on as a preventative since it was gonna kill me . God has everything on earth to help us and stay away from food with GMOs as its fake food the body wasnt meant to digest
Good source of magnesium
Just what I've been looking for because I could not find it at Swanson's or the health food store they were out of stock. I bought three bottles and will be buying more in the future, this is very good for people who are diabetics As they should take daily.
Seems to be helping my AFib, a little too soon to tell for sure

Have ordered twice hoping to actually receive the correct magnesium .The one sent the last 2 orders contain oxide .The correct one does not .
i purchased for knee pain, however cant tell a real difference.
I saw no difference in my body.
