I use this for coffee cream, and it doesn't leave an unusual taste at all.
exactly as described
Out of the various brands of MCT oil powder I've tried, this one is my favorite. It doesn't have maltodextrin and it just goes awesome with my bpc.
This dissolves %26 blends well in my morning protein shake, making it even healthier. Love it.
I like that it blends well and doesn't have a bad taste. I use it for low carb and for brain health. I'm not sure why this order says 34 servings, and last month the same size and weight said 45 servings.
Not bad. Ised it in my coffee every morning. Added a creamy taste and mixed well. Better than using the MCT oil.
NOPE! Tapioca?? Not what I thought I was buying. This is GOING Back IMMEDIATELY!
Not great for a KETO diet. I have been using this brand for a long time, liked the taste and mixes easily in coffee. A while back I switched from this product to their C8 version of the powder. I started gaining weight. I started using the Carb Manager app to record everything I eat. When I scanned the bottle it came up with 2g net carbs for my morning coffee. I confirmed that it is true that there is 2g net carbs as there is no longer any fiber to offset the total carbs. I cancelled my re-occurring delivery of the C8 powder and ordered this product only to find the same thing. The title of the product still states that it is Zero Net Carbs, buyer we warned!
