i bought this for menopause but within the first couple days it actually helped my IBS, seriously. ive had it over 30 years and this has helped more than anything else ever has.

I already can tell a difference.

This is a super product. I read the reviews about the taste and my determination was the pills smell like maple syrup. If you drink with juice, you don't taste them. If you drink with water, you'll probably taste an earthy taste. I find this supplement to be very effective. I took it in conjunction with fenugreek seeds and found a significant decrease in the frequency of my hot flashes. This was so much needed relief and I'm so glad I tried these, would recommend to anyone.

I got this because it's a recommended natural supplement. I also got another one from the same company for something different. Both bottles are 1 short. I looked in both bottles this morning to see what's left so I could order if needed. Now I understand one bottle having a mistake and shorting 1 vitamin. Two different bottles going to the same customer both having 1 short is suspicious. I'll be purchasing a different brand from this point on. also, it's difficult to tell if the product is working just after one bottle.

The bottle only lasted July 10th. I thought I brought a 60day. The product so far was great.

Can't really tell much of a difference. Have taken 3/4 of the bottle so far. Price is really good but you do have to take twice a day instead of once
