I love this supplement. It's definitely combats the symptoms of menopause

In 10 days my mild yet super annoying heat sessions disappeared. I would say I am sleeping a little better too. I like to take my supplements 30 days straight to saturate my system & then I only take them 5 days a week giving it a rest on weekends. This seems to work fine w this product as well.

The old version worked much better for hot flashes. This one helps a little bit. I can't say that either formulas helped for any other menopause symptoms. I would love it if they returned to the old formula as it did help ease hot flashes.

Didn't help with the sweating which is what it is supposed to do.

I believe I needed something stronger. My frequent hot flashes was just continuing after 3 weeks of regularly taking it.

I took this only for a month about 30 days and it didn't really do anything for me. Of course I really didn't have that severe of symptoms to begin with just irregular periods. I did not have hot flashes and I still don't , thankfully . so I don't know if it would've worked better for me if I had more severe symptoms.

This is the first Life Extension product that I would not repurchase. I switched to this, hoping hot flashes would be less and they have increased.

Really wanted this to postively impact my Menopause symptoms, but did not work for me. Another supplement at the same dosage did work. LE kindly refunded me. Happy with my other Life Extension supps.
