I'm a real vitamin freak, but this stuff is really good. Helps you rest relax great stuff saffron is a great herb vitamin good stuff you like vitamins take it. I recommend it good stuff. Great quality. I recommend it saffron
This has been a great tool in fighting symptoms of trauma and extremely low mood. I prefer to not take any pharmaceuticals and after finding that saffron is as effective as a famous pill that starts with P, I have taken it for over two months with great results. I would highly recommend this to anyone struggling
Saffron has been clinically proven with the correct strain and the correct dosage to be equally as efficacious as some meds for mental wellness. I give this to both my teenage daughters and I also take it daily, no side effects and it's great for both teenage angst and perimenopausal craziness!

I got the 7-Keto® DHEA Metabolite, AMPK Metabolic Activator, the Optimized Saffron, and the Body Trim and Appetite Control in a "packaged deal" - for myself for Father's Day. I am a skeptic, but I have been super busy and unable to do much physical activity. I felt like it was beginning to show. This combination, however, has really had a positive impact and I have even lost a little weight wile using it - even though I have worked out right at about zero times.
I am always skeptical about trying new supplements but i was in need of more of a zen feeling in my life. I take the Neuro Mag to help me think better and keep calm but the Saffron definitely reduces my feelings of stress. i am able to think more clearly about tasks that have been stressing me out.
I like this and can tell a difference. I don't eat as much bad food in the day or snack as much. I can also honestly tell a difference over the past 2 weeks in my mood. I am feeling better. Saffron has so many other unmentioned benefits. I will continue to use this.
This produce resolved a question I had since 1968 when Donovan sang and wrote the popular song "Mellow Yellow". He sang "I'm just wild about saffron and saffron's wild about me..." The color? The flower? The spice? "They call me mellow yellow...." Ah, something else.
