I have noticed a real change in myself after 2 weeks. My mood is much calmer, I'm sleeping better and have even released puffiness due to high cortisol. This brand is high quality and came recommended by my Therapist.
Not sure if its placebo, but after just a week of using this product I've noticed improvement in sleep
it works very well but ive found it can make me very sleepy at times. Best taken before bed.

I bought this product for my daughter when she went back to college. I think it may be helping her with anxiety and mood support. She's going to have to use it longer before we will know for sure, but initially, I've seen positive results so far.
