This works well to manage perimenopause symptoms of nights sweat and hot flashes. I take it the same time before going to bed. It helps me to get through the nights with minimal symptoms. I would recommend this product to use for an over the counter option.

menopause
i know everyone experience things differently, this product works well for me. i am able to get ample sleep especially during the evenings. i dislike the quantity (30) pills..i wich it could be 60 pills per bottle.
