i love the taste. they arent your typucal vitamins..they actually taste good. They dont smell vad either. when I take them, I actually feel like they help keep my menopause symptoms at bay and under control. I would definitely purchase again and recommend.

It seems like it is working very well to relieve hot flashes night sweats. I have been taking these gummy's for around 3 months and I am not waking up to night sweats like before. Price could be better and it would be great if they all stayed fresh. I have opened a bottle that was not as soft as the others.

It takes about a week %26 a half to start seeing results. Hot flashes start disappearing, and less irritability. The taste is good too. I recommend if you have symptoms from menopause.

The taste of these gummies are very good. They seem to be helping my hot flashes. I only finished my first bottle. waiting on the second bottle to arrive. It was supposed to be here by 8 pm and still has not arrived, going on 9 pm. I wish they sold them in the store, so I could just go and buy them.

I found this not to work. I felt nothing at all. It did not do anything for myself. Take your chances although, I would not waste your monies!
