I love this powder, especially when I remember to order the vanilla flavored! I put it in my lattes everyday, and I use my frother to froth it, and it froths up beautifully! And it tastes good, if and when I order vanilla LOL... the plain is fine, there's no weird taste or anything, I just prefer the vanilla!

I think this is a winner MCT powder oil. It taste great not bland or chalky. It mixes well with water,shakes or juice. It gives you a energy boost. It's not hard on the stomach just be prepared to get to the toilet when you feel a bowl tumble coming. I swear it's like a colon cleanse LOL! BEST POOPS OF MY 40's solid ones. I feel like a teen able to digest 30 minutes after a meal. I promise you will see it's health benefits right away. Blood sugars are down and my eyes even have cleared up a lot. Give it a shot.

Enjoyed this product but always looking for better. Switched...BAD MOVE...will switch back and order again.

I love that this product does not have a sweetener because I can use it and so many different things.

I love the convenience of the powder. It's so easy to take with you when you have to go out.

I use it all the time. It doesn't mix well though. Something in the powder separates out and floats to the top. And accumulates on the wall of my coffee cup. But it works.

Having used MCT OIL.in liquid form and experiencing so side effects, I ordered the powered form to see if if added creaminess to protein drinks. It does not, plus it burns the stomach and has an acid feeling for several.minuyes after taking it in. In the garbage it goes. I have called twice to see if there are problems with this product, left messages and they have not returned my call. Be suspicious of this product, very suspicious.
