Years ago I worked for Swanson Health Products. I tried a lot of supplements, and overall this one really made a difference. I can tell within a few days if I'm not taking it or am out of it. I'm able to maintain flexibility, a marked reduction in pain and stiffness, and I would rather take a supplement than a manufactured chemical substitute. For years I have suffered pains in knees, wrists, and back due injuries I've had. I started using this medication after having an especially difficult time getting around. Unlike many other products I have taken, I did experience a real and noticable relief of my pain enabling me to move around more comfortably than I had, in a long time. I can't speak to the quality but I assume it is good because it is working. I don't chew it or let it linger in my mouth, so it has no taste. Down side: You are supposed to take 3 pills a day but I can't take them all at the same time. They really upset my stomach. So, since you are supposed to take the with food, I take one with each meal and this is working well, for me.

I really hate running out of this. Having done a lot of research on this combination, I'm finally taking it properly. The dosage listed is the maintenance amount, that is, after improvements have been made. If you are of a heavier weight, more should be taken to see results. As I did, this time around. So, I am most pleased with my results. I'm not your doctor, so do the research to understand that the dosage varies depending on your weight. Once improvements occur, or body weight reduces, adjustments to the dosage can take place. But don't run out, as I have, or you must start over again.
