I believe this is the best initial step to your liver detoxification. When taken as directed this brand is light on the gut and your digestion system which seems to makes it effective to help to reduce the effects of fatty liver. The best I have seen so far.

These are good quality Nutricost Milk Thistle capsules, easy to swallow and not hard on the stomach. They are gluten free and non GMO. A very good value and will purchase again.

They SEEM to be the same as all of the others, so far. I would need a LOT more time and a LOT more usage to properly assess the value, so for now, I guess I'm getting a better deal. We'll see in time.
