Use these when you travel or just even out of the house doing normal things. They help me keep balanced so I dont end up with leg cramps or other side effects . Also have used these when I have been not feeling well or eating right and they help me greatly in these situations. The flavor is good also .

Nunns are a great lightweight, easy to carry little electorate tablets. I like the non sugary taste of nuun tablets. It's my go-to for backpacking and hiking to give me the extra energy I need. The little bit of fizz it naturally makes adds to my like of it, but be careful because of the extra bubbles it can make when desolving. You will want to make sure to loosen the cap gently of the bottle you put it to let the built up pressure release.

I am NOT a fan of effervescent drinks, however, due to profuse perspiration with exertion and getting heat exhaustion easily, I needed a product with more sodium than the usual store sugary electrolyte products. I love the Strawberry Watermelon flavor and I didn't mind the effervescence at all, as it was mild and not a full-blown Alka-Seltzer type bubbling. This drink helped me quickly replace electrolytes %26 hydrate. I found the tube difficult to open %26 re-cap. I ended up crushing one of the tablets.

I do believe NUNN has more sodium bicarbonate than other electrolyte supplements, and maybe that's the difference. 68 year old cyclist here.

I changed from reverse osmosis water to a real spring water with minerals and at least 1 NUUN tablet daily. Made a huge difference, so thank you P s my son in Vermont hooked me on this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good flavors and convenient. Been using these for mountain biking for ages. The only downside to these sort of products are the pressure buildup from dissolving inside a water bottle, have to use and let settle before closing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to switch from SIS cola to Nuun cola a few years back do to availability. Love the Nuun Kona Cola product and use it regularly for my cycling mix, afternoon pick me up, and weekend morning hydration!

I like the product itself, but the too-clever-by-half strategy of making the pills too large to fit into single serve water bottles has annoyed me to the point that I will switch to another product that's more convenient. I've tried breaking them in half, but I'd need a hammer.

Ingredients are different than original and packaging is different (as pictured online in full pink tube). 7 calories vs. 15 in altered version. Dextrose and Stevia is used in this altered version...more bitter taste. No Vitamin C as before. Will return 1 of the 2 received because I opened one.

OMG its alive!!!! IT IS FIZZING UP IN MY CUP. I didn't realize that it was a effervescent tablet. I don't like the way it feels in my mouth ir the taste. I am so glad I only bought one to try. The best hydration drink is IV HYDRATION. The variety of flavors are excellent 👍👍
