Use these when you travel or just even out of the house doing normal things. They help me keep balanced so I dont end up with leg cramps or other side effects . Also have used these when I have been not feeling well or eating right and they help me greatly in these situations. The flavor is good also .

I am NOT a fan of effervescent drinks, however, due to profuse perspiration with exertion and getting heat exhaustion easily, I needed a product with more sodium than the usual store sugary electrolyte products. I love the Strawberry Watermelon flavor and I didn't mind the effervescence at all, as it was mild and not a full-blown Alka-Seltzer type bubbling. This drink helped me quickly replace electrolytes %26 hydrate. I found the tube difficult to open %26 re-cap. I ended up crushing one of the tablets.

Nunns are a great lightweight, easy to carry little electorate tablets. I like the non sugary taste of nuun tablets. It's my go-to for backpacking and hiking to give me the extra energy I need. The little bit of fizz it naturally makes adds to my like of it, but be careful because of the extra bubbles it can make when desolving. You will want to make sure to loosen the cap gently of the bottle you put it to let the built up pressure release.

It's an easy way to get all of the hydration I need because it's extremely palatable. I can down a quart of this no problem. I don't really notice a difference in energy levels between this and the non-caffeinated tablets, but, I do think that the fact that I drink so much of this probably does contribute to having more energy since it keeps me hydrated.

The tablets dissolve quickly, taste great without being overly sweet, and make it much easier to stay hydrated during long workouts. They're convenient to carry, easy on my stomach, and a great option for running, cycling, or everyday hydration.

Even though I really love watermelon flavor in general, I found both Watermelon Burst and Watermelon to be bland. I did really enjoy the Kona Cola and, surprisingly, both Blueberry flavors (Blueberry Tangerine and Blue Pomegranate). I received Wildberry free, and I would buy it again for variety. For, now, though, Cherry Limeade remains my favorite.

Convenient to take these on the go. When I'm feeling weak %26 foggy before or after work related exertion, I break a tablet in half because I need to watch my sodium %26 potassium levels due to health issues. I add a half a tablet for a bit of a boost to my 16-20 oz water bottle with 2 oz of fresh, naturally sweet, fruit juice. I will continue to buy this despite that I dislike anything with natural stevia in it which is a prominent taste once you add it to water. Hence why I add some fresh fruit juice to mask the terrible flavor %26 aftertaste. Note that it contains dextrose also. Will continue to buy.

I like the product itself, but the too-clever-by-half strategy of making the pills too large to fit into single serve water bottles has annoyed me to the point that I will switch to another product that's more convenient. I've tried breaking them in half, but I'd need a hammer.

Ingredients are different than original and packaging is different (as pictured online in full pink tube). 7 calories vs. 15 in altered version. Dextrose and Stevia is used in this altered version...more bitter taste. No Vitamin C as before. Will return 1 of the 2 received because I opened one.

OMG its alive!!!! IT IS FIZZING UP IN MY CUP. I didn't realize that it was a effervescent tablet. I don't like the way it feels in my mouth ir the taste. I am so glad I only bought one to try. The best hydration drink is IV HYDRATION. The variety of flavors are excellent 👍👍
