So easy to recharge your electrolytes with great taste. Just drop in water and your good to go. Highly recommend.

I liked this product but it takes a while to dissolve and doesn’t taste that great. But for electrolytes it’s great. Very natural tasting and not sweet.

The tablets dissolve quickly, taste great without being overly sweet, and make it much easier to stay hydrated during long workouts. They're convenient to carry, easy on my stomach, and a great option for running, cycling, or everyday hydration.

I dont know who or why anyone drinks this stuff but its god awful. The taste is so bad. It literally taste like alka seltzer tablets. Its pure awful. it tastes like a lemon lime alka seltzer tablet and not in a good way. My daughter talked me into buying these for her so i tried one and never again. Folks save your money and do not buy these. You will be sorry

Introduced to product to help with muscle cramps in my calves. Personally, it was discovered that I had overdone my intake when I was becoming very dizzy and on the brink of passing out, I had to back off and reread the directions which suggest that it is better used in conjunction with working out aggressively, I, now, occasionally break a tablet in half and hope that prevents dehydration. At risk could be those of us who are on other medications and, in my case, should discuss with primary care physician,

this is the only flavor of nuun tablets i found on walmart plus that are ebt eligible. every other flavor was not. same problem at other grocery stores. it's a shame because their prices are so much better than liquid IV and other competitors, and i love the fizziness and taste. i emailed the company about this issue, and nothing has changed for over a year. the only other downside is having to break the tablet in half to fit in a plastic water bottle. those things aside. nuun is one of my favorite electrolyte brands.

It's an easy way to get all of the hydration I need because it's extremely palatable. I can down a quart of this no problem. I don't really notice a difference in energy levels between this and the non-caffeinated tablets, but, I do think that the fact that I drink so much of this probably does contribute to having more energy since it keeps me hydrated.

On a whim, I ordered NUUN and it has been a game changer for me. I am an equestrian and riding in 90+ degrees had me nearly passing out on the horse! Once I began drinking NUUN in the hour or two before riding and while lessoning, I no longer get dehydrated and woozy! 🥴 It's getting me through the summer show season and the summer in general! NUUN will be in my suitcase to Japan in August, and boy will I need it there!!

The Tri-Berry flavor was by far my favorite flavor of any electrolyte drink on the market, so I purchased an 8 pack only to be sad after tasting my first drink. The flavor is almost completely different. Went from actually tasting like berries to a more fake sweetened lemonade flavor. What happened?
