I have bought knee braces in the past. none of those gave me good support and always moved on my leg, which is annoying. This was the first knee pad I found that actually was made for a large size thigh. It fit perfectly, room left over my 30" swollen leg. My only problem was not having someone to help put it on. I did manage but I think my fit would have been a tiny bit better if I were able to stretch my leg out and have it put on. The construction is exactly how they show on the ad, very well made, no surprises. Shipping was fast and ended in a happy transaction.

FINALLY!!! A knee brace that fits my larger knee! I had to have back surgery and had some complications from that. One was that my right leg and knee were very weak. Once I started wearing this knee brace, I was able to immediately withstand the vigorous exercises needed to get me moving again. I highly recommend this product.

I weigh 300 pounds and have edema. It's hard to find knee braces that fit my fat upper leg. I ordered a 5/6X. I have a torn meniscus in my right knee and didn't want to go to tight. I'm going to order another one for my left knee the next size down.

Make sure you measure the mid thigh correctly n match the size closest to your measurement Dont go higher in size also Dont go lower. The product runs to size. If you wash it hang dry only. Support is good…

My size was near 28cm so I chosen the 27-30 size kinda loose fitting it gives a half inch play. I should have chosen 27cm as the highest size the Velcro is adjustable correctly. I like wearing thermal pants under the knee support helps a lot.
