My dogs absolutely love these and they last forever! I have some major chewers… Nothing lasts, but these have been around for over a year. Obviously, if they're lasting that long, there's not crazy little pieces laying around the floor to clean up…. Big fan. 🤗
seems that it might last eternally, my German Shepherd chews up everything within 1 hour, I did some research online and saw a lot of recommendations for this nylabone. she had it one day for 5 hours and I do not even see a mark on it, she loves it. she takes it everywhere and it still has no marks on it, I don't know what the heck she is chewing on but it's lasting and Lasting and Lasting
Our 50 pound Goldendoodle loves this one. She's not an agressive chewer (like our labs were) so this Nylabone easily lasts her for a few months.
My 80lb two year old German Sheppard LOVES this chew stick. I love it because it doesn't smell like chemical and I don't worry about her ingesting pieces in her tummy like some others sold at the same price. It's not sticky, it doesn't get gross after her chewing on it. My GS is an aggressive chewer…The Nylabone gourmet xl and the kong xl are all that can tolerate her aggressive chewing. But the Nylabone with last for months….literally like 4-6 months and it's still good! We have 2 and I can't believe how well it's made. Hope this helps, I highly recommend trying for any dog that loves to chew but especially for us that have to replace chew sticks and it gets pricey… this has been the best product for our us.
My little pomeranium mix is a voracious chewer. When I took this out of the WM bag, she knew it was hers and sat patiently (impatiently) waiting for me to get it off the cardboard. Then she took it and disappeared. Shortly thereafter, she came in the room with me and I had to make over her while she chewed it. It's a perfect size and she chooses it out of the basket every few days. She likes variety. I don't think she'll tear this one up anytime soon. She's 4 years old and weighs 18 pounds.
I like that this chew is safe for my pup. It has enough flavor apparently to hold his attention which keeps him from chewing on my furniture. My pup is around 60lbs and growing. This chew toy was appropriately sized for him when he was smaller and I expect it to last after he is full grown.
My dog loves it!!!! I love it because my dog is not able to chew through it and pull it apart within a day. it's still solid and she's nibbling on it and chewing on it and there's no mess no fuss so it's going to last us for some time and I'm really happy about that.
I had to get my 35 pound Aussie a new bone. He took it the second I presented it to him but seemed confused. "Is this mine?" He showed the bone to the door and then the window and then under the bed but wouldn't chew on it. Then I guess he decided it is his and oh boy. He went to town on it. He really likes it a lot. He holds it between his paws and kills it.
My dog is aggressive chewer so I bought one of these to see if it would last longer than the rest of his toys. So the verdict is! He doesn't chew on it very much. Maybe it's just too hard or maybe he just doesn't like it. I don't know. Not bad if your dog likes it I guess.
I bought this in a walmart delivery for my puppy to replace his sticks while inside because he will shred real sticks all over the house - but, when I got it, it was fully white.. not brown and wooden looking like in the photo.. so I was pretty disappointed.. That aside, my puppy does like it a lot anyway
