It's one of the best eyebrow products I've used
I first ordered black and I was extremely disappointed. It was very hard to use. It did not go on well, but I decided to try again in order the espresso completely different experience. I love it. I wish that they would look at how the black goes on and maybe fix that.

Ahhh-mazing
I've tried every brow pencil imaginable and none of them ever felt quite right. This one is easy to apply and looks so real! I found my forever. :)

Not my favorite.
I like the idea, and I was excited to use but I wasnt so crazy about it. Application was a little messy and it smudged very easily throughout the day. I just prefer a different type of eyebrow product.

Disappointed
I wanted to love this NYX Professional Makeup Fluff %26 Snatch Eyebrow Pen because the concept and shade were great, but unfortunately the one I received seemed either used or expired. The ink was very dry right out of the package and barely showed up, making it difficult to create natural brow strokes. I tried shaking it and storing it tip-down, but it still didn't work properly. Disappointed because I've heard good things about this product, but the quality of the one I received was not what I expected.

Product was Dry
I wanted to love this product but the one I received in the color taupe was extremely dry. The only way product would come out was to turn it completely on its side and press down hard. I also noticed my eyebrow itchy where I was able to apply it. Videos looked so amazing so I'm sad to have had a negative experience. I hope everyone else is enjoying theirs.
